טלי פחימה עצורה

 טלי פחימה נעצרה ביום ב', לאחר שהות של שבועיים בג'נין. בזמן זה ניסתה ליצור מסגרת לימוד ומשחק לילדי מחנה הפליטים ג'נין, בשיתוף פעולה עם תושבי מחנה הפליטים ובעזרת יוסף עספור מיפו. בערב התרמה למען מטרה זו גויס סכום כסף צנוע לרכישת צעצועים, צבעים, ודמי כיס למימון שהייתה במקום.

טלי ניסתה להמשיך בדרך בה החלה כדי להכיר אנשים שנחשבו מוקצים, עויינים, מחבלים, מחוץ לתחום.
כך היא הכירה את זכאריא זביידה מפקד גדודי חללי אלאקסא בג'נין, שמבוקש ע"י כוחות הביטחון, ואנשים ונשים נוספים במחנה הפליטים שעמם יצרה קשר כן ואנושי.

כעת כוחות הביטחון מנסים להלביש על טלי פחימה תיק כדי לקטוע מהלך אנושי ומיוחד שיש בו הזדהות, חמלה ופעולה משותפת לא-אלימה.

ביום שישי, ה-28 במאי, החל משעה 08:30 התקיים בבית משפט השלום בפתח תקוה (ברחוב הס 20) דיון בנוגע להמשך מעצרה או שחרורה.

השופט אברהם קסירר הביע הערכה לפעולתה ההומניטרית של טלי.
מעצרה הוארך עד ליום א', 30 במאי, ואח"כ תשהה במעצר בית למשך ארבעה ימים.
רובינו ראינו אותה רק בדרכה חזרה למעצר שכן פומביות הדיון לא התקיימה וקצין הבטחון של בית המשפט בפתח תקוה לא הרשה לרובינו להכנס בטענות שונות, ולמרות הבקשות של עורכות הדין של טלי.
אחר-כך טלי יצאה וחייכה אלינו. היא היתה כבולה ברגליה ולשוטרת, והוכנסה לרכב אזרחי. על אחד מהשלטים שהחזקנו בחוץ היה כתוב:

טלי! את גדולה - הם קטנים
Tali Fahima has been arrested

Tali Fahima was arrested on Monday, after staying for two weeks in Jenin. During
this time she was trying to create an educational and acting framework for the children of the Jenin refugee camp, in co-operation with the camp residents and with the help of Yusef Asfur from Jaffa.
A modest sum of money was raised in a fundraising evening for that purpose
and to provide some pocket money for her stay.
Tali was trying to continue in the path she started in order to get to know
people who are considered hostile and out of bounds.
This is how she got to know Zakariya Zbeda, the commander of Al-Aqsa
battalions in Jenin, who is wanted by the Israel security, and other people from the camp with whom she created a sincere and human contact.

Now the Israel security forces are trying to frame Tali, in order to break this
initiative which is an act of solidarity, compassion and a nonviolent direct action.

On Friday the 28th of May, 08:30, a hearing took place in Petah Tikva
Magistrate's Court (at 20 Hoess St.) about the continuing arrest or the release of Tali.
Tali is represented by Smadar Ben-Natan and Gabby Lasky.
Judge Ksirer expressed his appreciation of Tali's humanitarian activities.
Her arrest was continued until Sunday, 30th May, and then she'll be in house arrest for four days more.
Most of us have seen her only on her way back to the detenstion facility as the publicity of the hearing did not exist because the security
officer of the court did not let us in using several pretexts, and in spite of requests made by Talis' attornies.
Then Tali went out and smiled at us. Her legs were shackled and she was shackled to a policemowan.
Then she was put in a civil car.
One of the signs we held outside the court read:
Tali! you are so great - they are so small
