ביום ששי, 19 בנובמבר, יצאנו משלחת של כ- 30 חברות וחברים, פלסטינים וישראלים, יהודים וערבים, לביקור תנחומים במוקטעה, רמאללה, עקב פטירתו של יאסר ערפאת, מנהיג העם הפלסטיני,  יו"ר הרשות הפלסטינית, מנהיג הארגון לשחרור פלסטין, והאדם  שהביא את סבל העם הפלסטיני לתודעה והתייחסות עולמית.
התקבלנו ע"י יו"ר לשכת הנשיאות, טייב עבד א-רחים. ליווה אותנו שותפנו בפעולות העממיות באזור סלפית, נוואף סוף.
הבענו את צערנו ואת מחוייבותינו לשותפות והערכתנו למאבק העם הפלסטיני לזכויותיו.
בתחילת השבוע שלחנו איגרת לחברינו השותפים למאבק בכיבוש ולמען השלום.

On Friday, 19 November, a Ta'ayush delegation, Palestinians and Israelis, Arabs and Jews, went on a condolence visit to the Muqata'a, Ramalla, following the death of Yaser Arafat, the leader of the Palestinian people, chairman of the Palestinian authority, leader of the Palestine Liberation Organisation, and the man who brought the plight of the Palestinian people to global awareness.
We were received by the head of the presidency board, Tayeb Abd-ArRahim. We were accompanied by our partner in the popular actions in the area of Salfit, Nawaf Suf.
We expressed our condolences, our commitment to partnership and our high esteem of the struggle of the Palestinian people to gain its rights.
Early the same week we sent a letter to our partners in the struggle against the occupation and commitment tp peace.
