שבועיים נעצרו בעת הפגנה בכפר שני פעילים מרכזיים: עבדאללה אבו רחמה, ראש הועדה
המקומית שזה לו מעצר שני, ואכרם ח'טיב. לפרטים: https://israel.indymedia.org/newswire/display/3521/index.php אכרם ח'טיב שוחרר ממעצר בסוף השבוע שעבר, ואילו עבדאללה
עדיין עצור במחנה עופר, וממתין להחלטת השופט שאמורה להינתן היום, יום שלישי. בשבוע שעבר פורסמה במעריב כתבה משמיצה על המאבק בכפר בילעין.
