שמואל ב פרק יב

א וַיִּשְׁלַח יְהוָה אֶת-נָתָן, אֶל-דָּוִד; וַיָּבֹא אֵלָיו, וַיֹּאמֶר לוֹ שְׁנֵי אֲנָשִׁים הָיוּ בְּעִיר אֶחָת, אֶחָד עָשִׁיר, וְאֶחָד רָאשׁ. ב לְעָשִׁיר, הָיָה צֹאן וּבָקָר--הַרְבֵּה מְאֹד. ג וְלָרָשׁ אֵין-כֹּל, כִּי אִם-כִּבְשָׂה אַחַת קְטַנָּה אֲשֶׁר קָנָה, וַיְחַיֶּהָ, וַתִּגְדַּל עִמּוֹ וְעִם-בָּנָיו יַחְדָּו; מִפִּתּוֹ תֹאכַל וּמִכֹּסוֹ תִשְׁתֶּה, וּבְחֵיקוֹ תִשְׁכָּב, וַתְּהִי-לוֹ, כְּבַת. ד וַיָּבֹא הֵלֶךְ, לְאִישׁ הֶעָשִׁיר, וַיַּחְמֹל לָקַחַת מִצֹּאנוֹ וּמִבְּקָרוֹ, לַעֲשׂוֹת לָאֹרֵחַ הַבָּא-לוֹ; וַיִּקַּח, אֶת-כִּבְשַׂת הָאִישׁ הָרָאשׁ, וַיַּעֲשֶׂהָ, לָאִישׁ הַבָּא אֵלָיו. ה וַיִּחַר-אַף דָּוִד בָּאִישׁ, מְאֹד; וַיֹּאמֶר, אֶל-נָתָן, חַי-יְהוָה, כִּי בֶן-מָוֶת הָאִישׁ הָעֹשֶׂה זֹאת. ו וְאֶת-הַכִּבְשָׂה, יְשַׁלֵּם אַרְבַּעְתָּיִם: עֵקֶב, אֲשֶׁר עָשָׂה אֶת-הַדָּבָר הַזֶּה, וְעַל, אֲשֶׁר לֹא-חָמָל. {ס}

ז וַיֹּאמֶר נָתָן אֶל-דָּוִד, אַתָּה הָאִישׁ;

Second book of Samuel, chapter 12

1: And the LORD sent Nathan unto David. And he came unto him, and said unto him, There were two men in one city; the one rich, and the other poor.
2: The rich man had exceeding many flocks and herds:
3: But the poor man had nothing, save one little ewe lamb, which he had bought and nourished up: and it grew up together with him, and with his children; it did eat of his own meat, and drank of his own cup, and lay in his bosom, and was unto him as a daughter.
4: And there came a traveller unto the rich man, and he spared to take of his own flock and of his own herd, to dress for the wayfaring man that was come unto him; but took the poor man's lamb, and dressed it for the man that was come to him.
5: And David's anger was greatly kindled against the man; and he said to Nathan, As the LORD liveth, the man that hath done this thing shall surely die:
6: And he shall restore the lamb fourfold, because he did this thing, and because he had no pity.
7: And Nathan said to David, Thou art the man.

2 Samuel 12
1 Envió Yahveh a Natán donde David, y llegando a él le dijo: "Había dos hombres en una ciudad, el uno era rico y el otro era pobre.
2 El rico tenía ovejas y bueyes en gran abundancia;
3 el pobre no tenía más que una corderilla, sólo una, pequeña, que había comprado.El la alimentaba y ella iba creciendo con él y sus hijos, comiendo su pan, bebiendo en su copa, durmiendo en su seno igual que una hija.
4 Vino un visitante donde el hombre rico, y dándole pena tomar su ganado lanar y vacuno para dar de comer a aquel hombre llegado a su casa, tomó la ovejita del pobre, y dio de comer al viajero llegado a su casa."
5 David se encendió en gran cólera contra aquel hombre y dijo a Natán: "¡Vive Yahveh! que merece la muerte el hombre que tal hizo.
6 Pagará cuatro veces la oveja por haber hecho semejante cosa y por no haber tenido compasión."
7 Entonces Natán dijo a David: "Tú eres ese hombre.

2 Samuel 12

1 E o SENHOR enviou Natä a Davi; e, apresentando-se ele a Davi, disse-lhe: Havia numa cidade dois homens, um rico e outro pobre.

2 O rico possuia muitíssimas ovelhas e vacas.

3 Mas o pobre näo tinha coisa nenhuma, senäo uma pequena cordeira que comprara e criara; e ela tinha crescido com ele e com seus filhos; do seu bocado comia, e do seu copo bebia, e dormia em seu regaço, e a tinha como filha.

4 E, vindo um viajante ao homem rico, deixou este de tomar das suas ovelhas e das suas vacas para assar para o viajante que viera a ele; e tomou a cordeira do homem pobre, e a preparou para o homem que viera a ele.

5 Entäo o furor de Davi se acendeu em grande maneira contra aquele homem, e disse a Natä: Vive o SENHOR, que digno de morte é o homem que fez isso.

6 E pela cordeira tornará a dar o quadruplicado, porque fez tal coisa, e porque näo se compadeceu.

7 Entäo disse Natä a Davi: Tu és este homem.
