בקיץ 2001 קיימנו מחנה עבודה התנדבותי בכפר הלא־מוכר דאר אל־חאנון, השוכן בואדי־עארה. הכפר קיים משנות ה 20 של המאה הקודמת אך מדינת ישראל עדיין מסרבת להכיר בו, ולספק לכפר את התשתיות הבסיסיות: חשמל, קו טלפון, דרך גישה סלולה, ושרותים סוציאלים.
במהלך מחנה העבודה, יחד עם אנשי הכפר, הקמנו מגרש משחקים לילדי הכפר וסללנו דרך גישה קצרה לכפר. אלו מכם שראו את השמחה בעיני הילדים כאשר החלו לרכב על אופניהם בדרך החדשה ודאי זוכרים זאת היטב.
המדינה ממשיכה להטריד את שותפנו למאבק מוסטפה אבו־הילאל מדאר אל־חאנון, בגלל הדרך ה"בלתי־חוקית" שסללנו במחנה העבודה.
ביום ראשון, ה 26 בנובמבר, 2006, בשעה 10 בבוקר יתקיים שימוע בתיק נגד מוסטפה.
השימוע יתקיים בבית המשפט בחיפה, רח' פלי"ם 12, באולמו של השופט דניאל צבי פיש.
כולם מוזמנים להגיע ולהפגין את תמיכתנו במאבק של דאר אל־חאנון. תמיכתנו חשובה לתושבי הכפר, ועשויה להשפיע על תוצאות המשפט.

In the Summer of 2001 we held a large voluntary work camp in the unrecognized village of Dar El Hanun, in Wadi Ara. The village exists since the 20's of the last century but the State of Israel refuses to recognize it and to supply it basic facilities: no electricity, telephone, paved road and social facilities.
During the work camp, we, together with the villagers, constructed a children's playground and paved a short entrance road to the village. Those of you who saw the joy with which the children of the village started riding their bikes on that road remember it well.
The government keeps harassing our partner to the struggle, Mustafa Abu Hilal from Dar El Hanun, because of this "illegal" road which was paved during our work-camp.
On Sunday, Novermber 26, 2006, at 10:00 there will be a hearing in the court case against Mustafa.
The hearing will take place at the Haifa court, 12 Palyam st, court room of Judge Daniel Tzvi Fisch.
People are invited to come and demonstrate our on-going solidarity with the struggle of Dar El Hanun. Your support is important for the people of Dar El Hanun and for a positive outcome to the trial.
